The Internal Regulations of the “Hotel La Chance” accommodation facility are established to guarantee everyone a uniform, orderly, serene and peaceful use of the same. It has a contractual nature between “Hotel La Chance” and the Guest and, therefore, the request to stay in the Hotel and the acceptance of this request by “Hotel La Chance” implies total acceptance by the customer of this .

The procedure managed by our online booking system. In any case, the reservation must be accompanied by written confirmation and the complete data of at least one valid credit card must be provided to the hotel. Guests who wish to receive an invoice for their stay are requested to communicate their will during the confirmation phase as well as promptly communicate the details of the same, otherwise the Hotel will produce a nominative tax receipt.
As per international usage, the rooms are assigned at the following times:
Subject to availability, it is possible to request an early check-in available from 10.30 and/or a late check-out until 18.00. In these cases, an additional cost of €25 applies.
In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation up to 15 days before the date of arrival, no cost will be charged. In case of late cancellation or modification of the reservation, 30% of the entire stay will be charged.
In case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

The Hotel La Chance is a non-smoking hotel, therefore the smoking ban is extended to all rooms and common areas. The customer is required to avoid behavior that could cause harassment to other customers. Smoking is permitted only in open-air spaces reserved for smoking customers. Each time the ban on smoking is not respected, a penalty of 300.00 euros will be charged to the offender. In the event of repeated violation of this prohibition, the hotel reserves the right to withdraw from the contract and request the removal of the customer from the facility, in any case demanding the balance of its dues.
Smoke detectors are installed in all rooms, corridors and common areas, any transgressors who set off the fire alarm will be immediately reported to the public authority and reported for “triggered alarm” and will respond civilly and criminally in the appropriate offices for own conduct.
The structure is equipped with 3 external squares for free use. If you wish to use the internal garage, you can reserve a parking space for €8 per day.
Neither we nor any of our partners, managers, employees and representatives shall be liable to you or any person or entity connected or related to you except for direct and immediate damages actually suffered and paid as a direct result of a breach of our obligations in providing the services we were expected to provide to you.
Compensation (also for costs of legal assistance) will in any case be limited to the total amount of the cost of your reservation, as indicated in the confirmation email (whether with regard to a single circumstance or to a series of related circumstances).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in each event neither we nor any of our partners, managers, employees, representatives, consultants, licensors, agents or persons involved in the production, sponsorship, promotion or dissemination of the website and its contents , we may be liable for: (i) any punitive, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, for any loss of production, profit, income, contract, injury or damage to good name or reputation or for the loss of the right, (ii) for the inadequacy of the information (descriptive) of our services made available on our website, (iii) for the services provided or for the products offered by our website, (iv) for the damages (whether direct, indirect, consequential or punitive), for losses or costs suffered and paid as a result of the inability to use or delay in using our website, but arising out of or in connection with the use of it, or (v) for personal injury, to property or other damages (whether direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive), for losses or costs incurred and paid for (lawyer) actions, errors, violations, fault and negligence (gross), willful mismanagement, omissions, false declaration, contractual, extra-contractual or objective liability for an illicit act attributable (partially or totally) to an external agency that you have used to book one of our services. In no case can Hotel La Chance, nor any of its partners, managers, employees and representatives be held responsible for damage, loss or theft to objects owned by the Guest(s) during their stay.
It is possible that the Internet and/or TV services will not be available during your stay due to technical problems that may occur beyond the control of Hotel La Chance. It is also possible that the Internet service provided is not compatible with the operating system or configuration of your computer. In the above cases, Hotel La Chance cannot be held liable for any damages or losses or costs due to such technical issues.
